Courtyard at Lake Lucerne | Andrew + Jamie
For a wedding that’s unforgettable with a classic and distinguished feel, you must see the Courtyard at Lake Lucerne. This historic venue with its charm and elegance was just the place for Andrew and Jamie to have the “natural love” kind of wedding that they wanted.
Andrew and Jamie begin their ‘happily ever after’ on a gorgeous February day. There’s lots of greenery with hints of white and gold making the space quite romantic. The gazebo is decorated with hanging roses which puts a beautiful scent in the air. The sounds of Nicole Equerme play softly in the background while guests find their seats.
Jamie looks stunning in her Morilee sheath style gown with a sweetheart neckline and chapel length train. It has alencon lace edging and crystal beading and appliques. She looks gorgeous! Her attendants are in different styles of champagne color chiffon dresses. And we cannot forget those striking cobalt blue suits the groom and groomsmen wore!
Their celebration is filled with lots of dancing under the stars. Guests can leave a message to be put in a bottle for Jamie and Andrew to read on future anniversaries. And for “S’More Love” there’s a fabulous s’mores bar with flavored marshmallows and a variety of chocolates. Andrew and Jamie enjoy a private final dance in the courtyard before leaving through a grand sparkler exit.
How He Proposed
Andrew and Jamie traveled to Europe, exploring Paris, Bordeaux, French wine country and Barcelona. On the last day they decided to hike to the top of Montserrat. Once at the top, Andrew proposed. “The scenery, weather, and setting were all ideal…a perfect ending to their perfect trip!”
