River Hills Country Club Wedding | Matt + Karleen
Both Matt and Karleen have a love of golf. For their big day they choose a River Hills Country Club wedding. River Hills is a perfect venue for a dream wedding. It is surrounded by gorgeous landscapes and of course scenic views of the golf course.
Karleen’s gown is an ivory, Mori Lee fit and flair dress with an illusion back and a cathedral veil. It’s beaded with lace appliques. And her bouquet….full of blue hydrangeas, baby’s breath and white roses, is quite pretty. She and her attendants arrive at the church in style where Karleen and Matt do a “first touch” with the limo window between them.
The ceremony is at the Immanuel Lutheran Church. It’s quite touching, as Karleen gets overwhelmed with emotion, Matt gently wipes her tears away. They choose to have a unity cross, which celebrates their joining together as one. We take some of their just married portraits at the church and then complete them outside, in the magical light of the golden hour.
We love their golf decor. Its so unique and fun with argyle and plaid patterns of greens and blues. There are centerpieces made up of shallow bowls of sand, golf balls, tees and a flagstick with table numbers on it. They choose a guest book of their golfing days together.
Matt and Karleen are whisked away in a limousine after a grand exit of waving glow sticks and colorful ribbons.
