Ceviche Wedding | Jared + Casey
With Jared and Casey’s family roots in Orlando it made sense for them to celebrate with a downtown wedding within the historic architecture of Church Street. Casey and the girls relaxed and prepared for the day at the brides mothers house, where Casey brought her adorable 8-year-old silky terrier, Charlie.
Their ceremony was at the First Presbyterian Church of Orlando. As their photographer, the ceremony was rough to work due to the church policy excluding any photography. Although we had to shoot everything through a window, I’m really happy with what we were able to capture!
Their reception was held at Ceviche on Church Street. Jared and Casey made their grand entrance to the reception by crossing over the Church Street Bridge, which ran straight into their reception location.
With Jared’s Spanish ties the restaurant’s decor was perfect for their vision. With the help of their florist Czes Heard Designs, who is also a close family friend (her daughter is actually a bridesmaid), the additional décor and floral arrangements transformed the space into a room of classic elegance.
The gorgeous cake created by The Sugar Suite was completed with Jared’s great grandparents wedding cake topper. The cake table was accompanied by an arrangement of cupcakes themed with savory and beer inspired flavors.
As bourbon enthusiast, Jared and Casey were very excited that Ceviche allowed them to bring our own bottle of bourbon to the reception. Once the dance floor was rocking the partygoers were full of energy and fun moments.
The night ended with Jared and Casey’s sparkler exit into a decorated rickshaw. I just love a downtown wedding!
