What a beautiful Disney Grand Floridian wedding! It’s a fairy tale dream come true for Courtney and Khalid. And they share it with 65 of their guests.
Both Khalid and Courtney get ready for their day at the Grand Floridian. Courtney’s ballgown is a Kenneth Pool strapless gown. It has a tulle skirt and basque waistline with a hand-beaded bodice. Her veil has stunning detailed embroidery, reminiscent of Cinderella’s carriage.
It’s a gorgeous day to photograph this wedding. The grand ceremony is at Disney’s Wedding Pavilion. This enchanting island is the perfect setting. Courtney arrives in Cinderella’s very own coach feeling like a princess. Their most anticipated moment of the day is when Courtney walks down the aisle. It will be the first look for their wedding. Capturing that moment is always a favorite.
After the wedding recessional, guests line the bridge and give well wishes to Khalid and Courtney as they cross over into their new life together. Cinderella’s Coach is waiting to take them to the reception held in the St. Augustine Ballroom.
The St. Augustine Ballroom is decorated in their colors of blush pink and ivory with gold accents. Guests tables are designated by a different Disney fairytale couple. And we can’t forget about the cake. This silver and ivory, 4-tiered cake has a top of Cinderella’s castle. There’s also a Texas Longhorn cake for Khalid’s University of Texas team.
This wedding is everything romantic and magical. And in true fairy tale fashion…they lived happily ever after.
